These fabulous parcels of savoury, buttery, heaven are divine and perfect for any occasion.
What you’ll need:
- 4 large croissants
- 8 rashers of lightly grilled bacon, fat removed
- 200g of Brie sliced into wedges
- 2 tbs of Happy Hedgehogs Plum Chutney
How to make:
- With a bread knife, carefully slice through the centre of your croissants, leaving a bit at the end to keep everything intact.
- Spread the plum chutney on one side, carefully top with brie wedges, then finish with bacon.
- Gently fold the top over and space out on a baking tray.
- Pop in the oven at 180C/356F for 5mins, or until the brie is melted.
- Serve immediately
