Brie, plum chutney and bacon filled croissants

These fabulous parcels of savoury, buttery, heaven are divine and perfect for any occasion.

What you’ll need: 

  • 4 large croissants
  • 8 rashers of lightly grilled bacon, fat removed
  • 200g of Brie sliced into wedges
  • 2 tbs of Happy Hedgehogs Plum Chutney

How to make:

  1. With a bread knife, carefully slice through the centre of your croissants, leaving a bit at the end to keep everything intact.
  2. Spread the plum chutney on one side, carefully top with brie wedges, then finish with bacon.
  3. Gently fold the top over and space out on a baking tray.
  4. Pop in the oven at 180C/356F for 5mins, or until the brie is melted.
  5. Serve immediately
