
What you’ll need:
This is a super quick dish, that makes a most decadent starter, or elegant supper dish.
1x 300g Smoked Salmon
1x 200g Cooked Prawns 50ml
1x Happy Hedgehog Foods Sweet Lemon Vinegar
1x 2 shallots finely chopped.
How to make:
- In a frying pan or skillet add the vinegar and shallots and cook until the onions have softened.
- Add the prawns, and gently stir through the mix before adding the salmon.
- Cook for about a minute.
- Serve immediately with freshly baked bread and if you are partial a nice glass of ice-cold Sauvignon Blanc
- This can also be tossed into freshly cooked pasta
