What you’ll need:
chicken sliced
200ml heavy cream
2 large onions
3 breakfast mushrooms or meaty equivalent
100ml happy hedgehog lemon vinegar
black pepper
white pepper
salt
nutmeg
How to make:
Slice chicken and toss into a dry mix of seasoning a quarter tablespoon of everything (APART from the nutmeg which is half a tablespoon.)
Put lemon vinegar into pan add chopped onion and mushrooms, sweat them out till soft.
Place onto another dish In same pan lightly fry the chicken, when half cooked add the sweated onions & mushrooms.
Add cream and slow cook for about an hour in oven 180 degrees serve with either cabbage or summer veg.
Also lovely with rice traditionally served with just warm bread.
