Lemon and Garlic Bread

This is quite simply one of the quickest ways to make garlic bread that not only tastes delicious, but to add a wow factor to your food.

What you’ll need:

  • 2 Ciabatta loaves, halved
  • 150ml of Happy Hedgehogs Lemon and Garlic Vinegar
  • A handful of finely chopped fresh parsley

How to make:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Using a pastry brush, generously coat the cut sides of the Ciabatta loaves with the lemon garlic vinegar, allowing it to soak into the bread.
  3. Sprinkle the finely chopped fresh parsley over the top of the bread.
  4. Place the prepared Ciabatta halves on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 7 minutes, or until lightly golden and fragrant.

Serve immediately, savoring the warm, fragrant aroma and delicious flavour.

For a cheesy twist:

  1. Follow the same steps as above.
  2. Additionally, sprinkle a handful of grated mozzarella cheese over the top of the prepared Ciabatta halves before baking.
  3. Bake for about 9 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
