The divine combination of cream cheese, chives and Happy Hedgehogs own lemon vinegar results in a delicious and versatile sauce that is perfect for open sandwiches or as a simple pasta dish.
What you’ll need:
200g of soft cream cheese
50ml Happy Hedgehogs Sweet Lemon Vinegar
Half a cup of chives
10 small Brioche dinner rolls cut in half.
A dash of paprika for extra colour and zing
How to make:
Mix the cheese in a mixing bowl with a wooden spoon, slowly add the lemon vinegar and then add the chives.
Gently mix until they are smooth and well combined.
Put the mixture into a piping bag and gently swirl on top of each bun and lightly sprinkle with paprika.
Fabulous any day of the week. You can also add this mixture to cooked pasta or use it as a dip for crackers!
