Why Happy Hedgehog Foods?
Using only the finest ingredients which are either grown by Happy Hedgehog or sourced locally, we have managed to create a vibrant collection of sweet flavoured vinegars and other foods which are quite simply second to none. A lot of fruit vinegars that are sold are an “infusion” of flavours. Happy Hedgehogs products are completely different as each batch is “steeped” with fresh fruits. Along with a lot of patience, and daily turning, sometimes 4 times a day, you’ll definitely taste the difference in our products.

It takes up to 6 months to create our normal vinegars, in between this time there is an awful lot of turning, twisting, tasting and staring…in fact, a lot of staring.
